Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pickle Crew PH mobile application, portal, website, and related services (the “Services”). By browsing, registering, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are powered by Proset, a platform developed by Keysolv Corp. These Terms extend to your use of Proset-supported functions made available through the Services. Keysolv’s own Terms of Service also apply to its technology and services where applicable; they do not automatically govern unrelated products or services offered by Keysolv or another provider.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under eighteen, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Event participation
Events are organized and operated by the organizer shown in the relevant event details. The organizer may set the event’s eligibility, format, division rules, capacity, waitlist order, check-in process, schedule, venue requirements, and code of conduct.
A registration request is not a confirmed place until the Services or the organizer show it as confirmed. You must provide accurate registration information and meet the published event requirements. An organizer may refuse, cancel, or change a registration where reasonably necessary for safety, eligibility, capacity, payment, or the orderly operation of an event.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Any fee, payment deadline, refund policy, and cancellation terms for an event will be shown before you complete registration. You are responsible for reviewing them before payment. Event-specific terms control where they differ from these general Terms.
Where payment is processed by a third party, your use of that payment service is also subject to the provider’s terms and refund rules. Keysolv’s published Terms of Service identifies the payment arrangements that may apply to Keysolv services, including web, Apple App Store, and Google Play purchases.
Fair play and acceptable use
You must use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the Services, access systems without authorization, upload malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or submit unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content. We may suspend or remove access or content that breaches these Terms or threatens the community, event operations, or the Services.
Your content and event media
You retain responsibility for the content you provide. You confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to share it, and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary for Pickle Crew PH, the relevant organizer, and Proset to host, display, process, and share that content within the Services and the event context you select.
Proset and Keysolv Corp
Proset, its supporting software, and associated technology are developed by Keysolv Corp. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Proset, Keysolv’s software, or their related intellectual property to you. Your use is limited to lawful access to the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Keysolv terms.
Third parties and service availability
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, venues, payment providers, and communications tools. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Privacy, responsibility, and legal limits
Our handling of personal information is described in the Pickle Crew PH Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The law and venue provisions in Keysolv’s Terms of Service apply to Keysolv’s Services as stated there.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, event operations, or applicable law. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date. If you continue to use the Services after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
