Scope and service roles
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the Pickle Crew PH mobile application, portal, website, and related services (the “Services”).
The Services are powered by Proset, a technology platform developed by Keysolv Corp. This policy covers Pickle Crew PH’s Services. Keysolv Corp’s own information practices for Proset and its other services are described in its published Privacy Policy.
Information we handle
We handle information needed to operate the Services and support a safe, well-run event experience.
- Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and profile information.
- Event information, including registrations, teams, rosters, check-ins, brackets, scores, attendance, and relevant event communications.
- Content you choose to provide, including messages, uploaded files, photos, and event diary entries.
- Transaction and billing details when an event or service offers payment, excluding full payment-card details where a payment provider handles them directly.
- Device and service information, such as browser, device type, IP address, and activity needed for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Services; create and secure accounts; operate registrations, rosters, payments, check-in, draws, and event communications; respond to support requests; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Cookies, storage, and security
We use cookies and comparable browser or device storage to keep the Services working, remember preferences, secure sessions, and understand service performance. You can manage many of these controls through your browser or device settings, although disabling them may affect functionality.
We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Retention and international processing
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, to operate and document events, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or enforce our agreements. Information may then be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under eighteen without parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any media or other content you upload.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated policy.
